12 Week I-CBT Skills Group
The Gateway Institute offers I-CBT (Inference-based Cognitive-Behavorial Therapy) skills group sessions, facilitated by Lindsey Benolken LPC, for individuals 18 and older who have either completed I-CBT and are interested in continued support maintaining skills or those who are currently in I-CBT and would like additional skills support in a group format.
When: Wednesdays, 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM MST
Who Can Join: AZ, MN, & NM Residents
