Pali Khalsa

Pali Khalsa, LCSW is a dedicated therapist specializing in the evidence-based treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and related disorders at The Gateway Institute. Pali brings a compassionate and collaborative approach to her work, helping individuals confront distressing thoughts and behaviors with confidence, clarity, and self-compassion.

Pali earned her Master of Social Work from Fordham University with a concentration in Community-Based Leadership and Clinical Practice, after completing a BA in Strategic Communication at the University of Denver.

She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California. With over a decade of clinical experience, Pali integrates evidence-based modalities, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in breaking unhelpful patterns and building lives aligned with their values. She tailors treatment to each person’s unique goals while fostering a therapeutic environment rooted in warmth, authenticity, and humor. In addition to OCD, Pali supports individuals navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, self-judgment, and perfectionism. She works collaboratively with her clients to cultivate psychological flexibility, reduce avoidance, and strengthen a sense of agency and well-being.
