Wibecke Stromsnes

Dr. Wibecke Stromsnes, EdD (PSB94028111) is a registered psychological associate with the California Board of Psychology under direct supervision of Dr. Laurie Patraitis (PSY15055). She completed her Doctorate of Education Counseling Psychology at the University of the Pacific. She is an associate member of the National Register of Health Service Psychologists, the American Psychological Association (APA), and the California Psychological Association (CPA). Her primary interest is specializing in treating OCD and anxiety disorders. She received a dual bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Development from the University of Kansas in 1999 and a master’s in Psychology from the University of the Pacific in 2003. She completed an internship in neuropsychology at the University of Bergen hospital clinic, worked in residential treatment for adolescents and became a licensed psychologist in Norway in 2009. She has experience in the mental health field with a wide range of mental health disorders including Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Psychotic Disorders and Personality Disorders.
