The Gateway Institute is pleased to expand its reach of specialized Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) treatment to the San Francisco Bay Area. Located in Oakland, California, The Gateway Institute is committed to its long-term goal of offering accessible specialized treatment those who suffer from OCD and anxiety-related conditions such as Post-Traumatic Stress (PTSD)Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)Social Anxiety DisorderPanic/Anxiety Attacks and DisorderBody Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), and Trichotillomania.

The treatment methods utilized at Gateway to treat anxiety conditions are cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), exposure therapy (ET) and mindfulness-based behavioral therapy (MBBT).

The Gateway Institute welcomes all San Francisco Bay Area residents from all nine counties (Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano and Sonoma) and San Jose, Fremont, Santa Rosa, Hayward, Concord, Richmond, Antioch, Berkley, Vallejo, Sunnyvale, Fairfield, Redwood, WalnutCreek, Palo Alto, Pittsburg, Brentwood and beyond to travel for treatment.
